1. Return & Exchange Policy
At Aarvika Fab, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1.1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The item has a genuine manufacturing defect, or was incorrectly dispatched (wrong item/size).
• A clear unboxing video is provided as proof — this is mandatory for all claims.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
• Customised or stitched pieces made to your specific measurements.
• Sale or discounted items marked as 'Final Sale'.
• Items returned without prior approval or without original packaging.
• Dupattas and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage by the customer.
1.3 How to Initiate a Return
To raise a return or exchange request:
• Email us at aarvikaf@gmail.com with your order number, clear photographs, and unboxing video.
• Alternatively, WhatsApp us at +91 88604 22276 with the same details.
• We will respond within 48–72 business hours with return approval or rejection.
• Do not ship back items without written approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
1.4 Exchange Process
Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead. Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
1.5 Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds except in cases where:
• The item was significantly damaged during delivery (as evidenced by the unboxing video).
• We are unable to fulfil an exchange due to stock unavailability.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
