2.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

•       Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.

•       Standard delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

•       Free shipping on orders above ₹2,999.

•       A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2,999.

•       We ship via reputable courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket).

•       A tracking number will be shared via email and WhatsApp once dispatched.

2.2 International Shipping

•       We ship worldwide to Indian diaspora communities and ethnic wear lovers globally.

•       International orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

•       Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination.

•       International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

•       Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in their country.

•       Aarvika Fab is not liable for delays caused by customs or international postal services.

2.3 Order Processing & Cut-off Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Saturday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2.4 Failed Deliveries

In the event of a failed delivery (incorrect address, customer unavailable after 3 attempts), the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply. Aarvika Fab is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
